This Pub Ale is classified as an Ordinary Bitter. Despite its name, it’s not ordinary nor is it even that bitter, and it has the lowest ABV of the three sub-categories of English Bitters. Ours is built on a base of English Maris Otter Malt and accented with Crystal Malt from Rabbit Hill Rabbit Hill Malthouse, with a gentle kettle addition of East Kent Goldings. This beer is sessionable and flavorful, with a discernable bitterness, and notes of Earl Grey Tea, toasted bread, and pear.

This Hazy IPA is mashed with barley and flaked oats, resulting in an incredibly creamy mouthfeel that carries through each sip. It's dosed with Citra Incognito and Citra hop pellets in the whirlpool, and then hit with even more Citra in the dry hop along with "old friends" Cascade and Amarillo -- two hops often forgotten in today's landscape of Hazy IPAs. Brewed to emulate some of the great IPAs fro the state of Vermont, this Golden IPA exists somewhere between a West Coast IPA (with bold bitterness, brightness, and dry finish) and a New England IPA (with its modern, juicy fruity flavors and aromas.) We started with a base of Golden Promise and accentuated it with Golden Naked Oats and then hopped it very deliberately with Vermont grown Chinook from our friends at Champlain Valley Hops. Finally we fermented with a yeast sourced from a top brewery in the Green Mountain State and finished with heaps of Citra, Simcoe, and Idaho 7. This Milk Stout was brewed with a rich blend of malts, including roasted barley and copious amounts of chocolate malt, creating a signature stout in flavor and appearance, with strong notes of chocolatey flavors. Next we add lactose (milk sugar) for just a touch of sweetness. This beer has a creamy body, velvety mouthfeel, and finishes with a very mild bitterness.

This big, slow-sippin' Russian Imperial Stout is thick and rich, and intensely aromatic. The beer is dark brown, almost black, with notes of chocolate, espresso, and just a little bit boozy.
